Terms & Conditions

1. MEMBERS are NOT entitled to redemption. However, they can accumulate reward points and use them after they make a successful purchase in future (ie, becoming a customer).
   Points earned from COD orders will only be valid after full payment is received per orders.
2. Each Member or Customer can earn up to 525 reward points (15 referrals) through Member referrals. Additional referrals are welcome but will not receive any reward points. However, Customers can earn as many reward points as they can by referring customers to wigs2you.com (ie, no ceiling).
3. Reward points/Redemption offers cannot be cashed and are not transferrable to any other party.
4. Redemption items are subject to availiablity. In case a selected product is no longer available, we will inform you as soon as possible and ask you to make another choice.
5. The redemption gifts will not be delivered alone. Please use the point when you make an order.
6. Reward points given will be deducted if i) payment for the order, for which the points have been given, is not received or cancelled or ii) earned by dishonest behaviour such as false membership registration (using false information to create accounts) or any other fraud.
7. Each valid household address can be used for a maxiim of 5 membership registrations.
8. Discounts and reductions under the Redemption Programme cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, unless otherwise stated.
9. All terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of wigs2you.com.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of wigs2you.com is final.
11. The point redemption scheme expires on the last day of December each year. All the points not redeemed before the expiry date will be canceled automatically without prior notice.

Definitions

Order - any and all items purchased under one invoice number are considered as ONE order. An order confirmation will be sent upon your confirmation on the order (and after sucessful payment when paid by credit card).

Customer - any person or company who has made a purchase (an order) at wigs2you.com and paid in full, without any order cancellation or refund.

Member - any real person or company who has registered as member with all valid information requested at wigs2you.com. A membership confirmation will be sent upon successful registration.

Subscriber - any real person or company who has provided a valid email address to wigs2you.com and agreed to receive newsletters and other product updates from us.
